Each session includes a DVD seminar featuring top experts on divorce recovery subjects. These DVDs also include on-location interviews with people who have experienced the pain and frustrations stemming from divorce or separation.

On the DVDs the counsellor or psychologist sets the stage, but I like the interviews with the 'real' people.

The majority of the time is devoted to discussion led by your group leaders who will guide the group.
