The support group is led by people who understand what you are experiencing. Through the use of DVDs, workbooks, and group discussion, you will learn how to deal with the pain of the past and look forward to rebuilding your life.
Each session includes a DVD seminar featuring top experts on divorce recovery subjects. These DVDs also include on-location interviews with people who have experienced the pain and frustrations stemming from divorce or separation.

On the DVDs the counsellor or psychologist sets the stage, but I like the interviews with the 'real' people.
