support groups for adults...

divorce recovery or the break-up of living together

There aren't many people around you who understand the pain your divorce or separation has caused you, your family or friends. The support group is led by people who understand what you are experiencing. Through the use of DVDs, workbooks, and group discussion, you will learn how to deal with the pain of the past and look forward to rebuilding your life.

Each session includes a DVD seminar featuring top experts on divorce recovery subjects. These DVDs also include on-location interviews with people who have experienced the pain and frustrations stemming from divorce or separation.

The most helpful thing has been to learn to forgive myself and my ex. I have stopped beating myself up.

I have learnt things I never knew before, such as communication. I thought the way I was bringing up my children was okay. Today really opened my eyes.
